Anna (F) been there, done that....all stresses not relieved the minute they get here either :ot:

Spent one very nice hot day by the pool...gettin the tan on...

Kenza now you really remind me that summer is winding down...a little over a month before the kids go back to school.

I hope you enjoy your last days with hubby and have a safe return home.

thank god its monday. why do toothaches always happen on weekends? i go to the dentist this afternoon and find out if i need a root canal or what. i spent saturday night in the worst pain ever. i was searching the house like a junky needing a fix trying to find any medication that would stop the pain. came up with vicodin which didnt work, husband said i can have only one darvoct (they dont go good with the blood thinners i guess) and that didnt stop the paid either. so i took another half of vicodin. it at least dulled the paid so i could sleep but boy yesterday did i come off the killers and want to sleep all day.

felling ok today so far. i just want this nightmare over and done with.

didnt get enough sleep, ughhhhhhhhhh! hope everyones monday is going better than mine.

OMG I didn't either...I have neighbors from you know where living above me, who walk around like a tribe of elephants and play playstation and loud music all night long. Pretty soon there will be a hole in the ceiling from me using the broom to bang so they will stop! How do you even handle people who have total disregard for those around them and living below them? :bonk:

When it comes to me....I am respectful of the fact that people CAN hear us.

It is just getting the rest of the clan to.

It is hard living in a complex and when it is just a single woman, it is like you are non existent but once you add rugrats and cohabitating SOs into the mix, it can get a little out of hand. I just listen to hubby when he speaks in Arabic, usually late at night here, and you know when they speak it is very loud and it always sounds so serious and angry. Not only that but the occasional temper flares

I was hoping for a little more peace in the new place....well, let's just say....i'll keep ya posted.

Happy... Monday MENA! Had to think for a minute what day it was. Which is pretty bad considering that I clicked on the MONDAY thread.

Had a long day in the heat and walking around and checking on the progress of the painting at our new place.

Nagi, I hope you are recovering well and quickly and feeling no pain. (F)

Donna, hope it goes well at the dentist. Eeek! Never had a root canal before but I hear they are painful!

Speaking of loud neighbors.... the people upstairs here were fighting so loud the other night. I have never heard a woman scream like this in real life, only in movies. I can't imagine being as upset as she sounded unless she was either being beaten, raped, or her hubby was cheating on her. I mean seriously, it was hard to believe. And it went on for hours. And they were banging stuff around hard on their floors. I was sure the ceiling was going to cave in. :o I felt bad for the woman but didn't feel like I could do anything about it. Apparently they used to fight all the time but haven't lately.

Any news from Tamara? I can't remember when they were supposed to make it to Texas. Hope they are having fun. :D

Hope everyone else is well and easing slowly into the new week. :star:

Living with hubby in Egypt, at last.
