we got our noa2 last week of july so why question is...what do i do next after we got our noa2...do i receive another letter or my fiance another letter from embassy?

Soon you will receive a letter from NVC, and your case should be forwarded to your fiance's embassy/consulate. The embassy will let the fiance know they received their case.

we also actually received our NOA 2 on July 20th but was just waiting on the letter which they said the case number from the NVC.

for now i was just prepared the forms that i need to get it before the medical and interview come.

Hope it will be soon..

i am not sure about that, it seems the requirements vary from country to country. it has been almost a year since my husband had his medical done. i think he had to have a copy of his vaccination records. maybe you can post the question in the regional forum. good luck, my dear
