So, here's my situation.

My wife gave them the timeline that i made(thirteen pages very detail) and when they return the paper to my wife, they didn't return the timeline. My wife have 2 copies but im not planning to turn in the same one. I'm going to make a new one and add on to some of the informations that red flags were at. Should I be talking more about before we got married and cut off some of the stuff happened afterward? We went to lots of places and lots of details that I tell them. Let me know what you think.

The items that Hien highlighted are where you need to concentrate. When updating your timeline add to what has already been submitted. You don't want to be changing the story that you have already given to the CO. You swore that was the truth. If you change the story then you are giving them cause to doubt your first version.

Focus on why you were so sure that you wanted to marry someone that you had never met in person.

Huong, I am in Florida now, however I will come back to WA on the next year (Mar 2010). If your case is still pending after you turned in your timeline and evidence, you should contact a lawyer, senator and make a baby to make sure for her to come to USA.

Thanks chi Hien. I already contacted my U.S Rep. I guess all else fail, LAWYER and then if that doesn't work then I guess we have to have a baby together. I really don't want my child to be born in Vietnam though.

Yeah, I'm not changing things but to add on to them. The only problem is that it's already too long and now if I add more things on there then it's gonna be even longer.

Umm, I think that you should make clear the period before marriage, explanation of your married motivation as I pointed out, the other parts it may be listed

"..as submited timeline on interview - (date)".

How do you think??

I haven't seen the yellow slip, but I did see the White (denial) when I was in US Consulate last year.

Good luck! Hope it all works out for you. We should find out ours on Thursday. I just hope neither of us get a second blue!

Yeah, it's so hard to live with the first blue slip already. I'm heading over there to be with my wife and to celebrate our 1 yr anniversary too. Eventhough the blueslip is in the way, it doesn't stop us from having the fun of our life. Enjoy it while there is still hope.
