HERE IS THE BLUESHEET.

no worries, this is a common requirement they've been asking on most cases. Majority of them got pink after submitting the requirement. You're one step away from getting the pink slip, just turn in what they asked for and you're set to go. By the way, so your name is Huong, and your wife is Phung, i thought it was the other way around

I already have the timeline. Lucky i did 2 copies and gave one to them but don't know where it is now. My wife still have another one.

damn Huong, I am sorry man.... did you give them alot of evidence? Was your wife nervous or scared? I would turn in more reciepts and more letters from people who witness your wedding and people from the states that know that you are married. I would also try to get a letter from your employeer letting you off to get married. As far as timeline goes, I wouldn't turn in the same one they recieved and kept. I would make another one being more detailed and very clear about you and Phung's relationship together. Try to include all that they ask during her interview and put anything extra on the timeline that you think they could probably ask during, if any, the second interview.. Good luck man... If you need any other help man let me know.. I am real bummed that you got a speed bump but I am sure your relationship is enough to get the Visa. THINK VISA!!!

They are going to want the timeline notarized so go do that. Find out what the interview questions were and post them if you can so we know what the concerns were and we can help determine what evidence is they are looking for additionally. It seems so far that you are going to be good and just need a very detailed notarized timeline. You can go in before the date it says to resubmit the timeline so get that stuff in there soon and get that pink.

Man, have you heard of an American agent speaks vietnamese on the interview? That's who my wife got.

I believe there are two marks:

1. They don't believe in our relationship is real.

2. TIMELINE (which we did turn in at the first window).

that's all for now. she'll scan the letter soon. Thanks for your input guys.

Next date to turn in papers: September 12th

That is a temporary setback, all the best on Sept 12th!!

They wanted more evidence, and timeline. It means there are some points that they are wanting to make clear.

How about your evidence before marriage? How long did you spend from the day you met until you get married? It may be the main points.

I was there when JohnCali9 wife second time interview so I have a very good of understand about John & his wife case. According to JohnCali9 wife situation, Hưởng, you should do a very detail timeline as the blue slip required by CO in HCM. You should tell your wife to be prepare for a second interview. Including all the evidence (for example: "letters, phone bills, outdoor pictures, wedding pictures, ..... and a lot more if you can) I am in Vietnam right now supporting my wife until she going to get the PINK. My timeline i have about 8 pages and I also went in to US Consulate in HCM for the Notorize (the cost 30 USD) to prove that i am still here waiting for Pink on my wife. Hey Hưởng if you can your wife can call my wife and JohnCali9 wife ask about how the second interview will be like. I hope you will get PINK soon.

i'm trying to put it on and it says i'm not authorize. How do you attach the file?

On the bluesheet, they say we can turn it in early, is that true? Or do we have to wait til the 12th to turn everything in? As of the timeline, mine is thirteen pages and very detailed. She didn't get it back when they hand her the papers back. Should I revise the timeline again?

you can turn in early but they will review it later and mail you result. I would prefer turn in at appointment time so you can wait for result instantly

you can submit before sept.. they give hours that the documents can be submitted... submit early and call and email asking about status after that...
