I am US citizen applying for my parent I130. I have 2 younger sisters aged 16 and 19 years. Do I have to send different I130 application for my sisters or just putting their names in my parents application is enough?

Thank you

Each person will need their own I-130; so one for dad, one for mom, one for the 16 years old and one for the 19 years old (4 total). Your parents will likely get their visas in about a year. Your sisters will have to wait 11-12 years unless you are from one of the following countries; 14 years wait for Mexicans and 23 years wait for Filipinos. There is no special consideration for the sisters even though one is a minor; she still has to wait 11+ years.

Read the Guides to get yourself started.

Quickest way is to have mom or dad file for their kids after they get their US citizenship.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Dad and Mom can petition for the sisters when they become LPRs. If the sisters stay unmarried, it would take 8-9 years for most countries, 17 years for Mexicans and 11 years for Filipinos. Parents can upgrade the petitions when they become US citizens (earliest 5 years as LPR + time to process I-130 for parents), however, this only shaves 1-2 years for most countries, 1 year for Mexicans and actually extend the time for Filipinos by an extra 5 years.

If the sisters get married while waiting for a visa and the petitioning parent is still an LPR, the petition is automatically revoked. If the USC sibling petitions, the sisters can get married and their spouses and children would all get visas.

There are lots of options. However, the sisters still have a very long wait (8+ years) in the best scenario.
