afternoon. I'm so not motivated to do anything other than watch movies all day. Could someone please come over and clean my house? Pretty please with sugar on top?

Yahoo is telling me that it's 95 degrees. But it also frequently tells me that it's raining in the morning. Humidity was up over 80% last night. I'm not sure exactly what it was, but it was the worst night since I've been here. Even out on the balcony with a slight breeze, it was like breathing soup. Of course, this was like 2 in the morning. The humidity is slightly better during the daytime when the sun keeps it slightly more at bay.

I know many of the other women have higher temps. But they also have a/c.:P

Though I know there's another woman here who just has fans like me. Can't remember who it is though.

Last summer i was in Lebanon with only fans---and thats when we were able to run them if the electric wasnt bouncing on and off. ick.

Last summer is also the last summer we decided to spend in Lebanon being miserable! We will go in the winter for the holidays from now on God willing.

Got our tickets reserved---he is using our return leg that we had when we arrived here, we were supposed to use it in April, but the agent said since he paid full price and the tix say no end he just has to pay a penalty fee for us to fly on Sept 5th. The agent is on vacation starting tomorrow and will return Aug 22nd, so George will go finalize it all then...for now we have a confirmed but unpaid booking lol.

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

I like the websites that show the heat index... seems more reliable. I thought it felt pretty moist this morning, I guess that explains why. We have AC in the bedroom, but I have to be out in the rest of the apartment with my daughter most of the day, so it's not helpful most of the time. Still sooo glad we have it, though. The AC doesn't seem to help the humidity, though, I still feel like I'm on a humidified O2 mask. Only with the smell of burning garbage infused.
