Happened to us too in sept 08. They approved us and sent the packet on to nvc internally and things moved smoothly on as they should except uscis forgot to update us online or send us our hardcopy or email of approval. We are still waiting for said email and hardcopy and we are now married and applying for my aos in the USA . Still working on getting them to send it for our records. We were ment to send a copy of noa2 with aos application.

Phone up nvc ask for status of your case and ask for the date of your approval and also when it was sent to nvc and when they received it. If after 30 days after your approval the noa2 is still missing phone up uscis and request a non delivery of approval notice also tell them the case online was not updated as they have a habit of beleiving that over what you say in my experience. Make sure to get a reference number and name of the rep you talk to. Oh and document all your attempts to get your copy of noa2. As you might need to remember it later if you are in my shoes still.

Congradulations seems like your petition is approved!
