I'm a few weeks out from the 2 year anniversary of my green card... Is all I need to file is the I-751 from? with all the evidence?

Anyone have anything else they can tell me I need to do?... One I do this is the last step?

And I can't seem to find where to find the fee for it. Any idea?

Check out the GUIDES

Be sure and file within the 90 days before your GC expires. Don't wait until the last as they go by date of receipt! Not mailing date.

As always, read the Guide and the form instructions. The fee is on the I-751 form instructions: $545 (includes the biometrics fee).

The window for filing opens 90 days prior to GC expiration. If you only a few weeks 'til expiry, time to get to work!

According to your timeline - your PR/Green Card should expire in Feb 2010 so you're more than a few weeks out (if your timeline is correct). As others have said, check the Lifting Conditions section of the Guides (above). You can file no sooner than 90 days before the expiration of your PR/Green Card.
