Hi everybody and happy new year!

I just want to keep you guys posted.

Thank you all again for the replies regarding my issue back in September 09!

After we've received the letter from the mother, my husband contacted a lawer in Austria and he advised us to get a statement from the court that the girl now lives in the US and will stay with us. We talked to the mother about it and she didnt care, our lawer sent a letter along with the one she had send us to the court and we received the adjudication on Oct 25th.

We then send the I-130 and the I-485 off on Dec. 1st, got NOA1 on both Dec 13th, bio appointment letter on Dec 23rd and today we went to the ASC and she had her bio done.

God bless!
