Hey All,

For those February Files, hang in there. I just received our hard copy NOA2 in the mailed Today, 8/1/09. It was issue 7/28/09. It was in VSC for 159 days.

Dec 28 2008 Our First Meeting in Person, In Philippines

Jan 10 2009 The Hardest Day Ever, Returning Home
Jan 11 2009 Working on K1 Visa
Feb 16 2009 Sent out K1 Visa to VSC. Start the count down.
Feb 19 2009 Received at VSC
Feb 23 2009 Check Clear the Bank
Feb 26 2009 Received NOA1
July 16 2009 Received RFE
July 22 2009 Received Ack of Received RFE Info
July 28 2009 Received NOA2 - Petition Approved by email
Aug 1 2009 Received NOA2 - Petition Approved by mail.
Aug 3 2009 Sent to Manila Embassy.
Aug 11 2009 Manila Embassy Received the Petition
Aug 20 2009 Received the NVC Official Noticed with Case Number
Aug 25 2009 Fiancee Received Packet 3 from Manila Embassy
Sept 25 2009 Fiancee & Son Passed the Medical Exam at Manila
Oct 1, 2009 Fiancee & Son Passed the US Embassy Interview.
Oct 29, 2009 Analyn and Son arrive in the USA.
Nov 28, 2009 Our Wedding.
Jan 18, 2010 Sent AOS Package. Via FedX
Jan 20, 2010 USCIS received the AOS package.
Feb 3, 2010 Received All NOA(I-797C) for AOS, AP & EAD.
Feb 13, 2010 Received I-797C, Appointment letter for Biometrics.
Mar 1,2010 Biometrics Appointment for Analyn & son.
Mar 25, 2010 Received Travel Document for Analyn & son.
Mar 27, 2010 Received Analyn's EAD.
July 15, 2010 Our son Isaiah Drake Stanifer Born.
July 22, 2010 Received 2 email from USCIS, Noticed Mailed Welcoming the New Permanent Resident & Green Card has been order

July 20, 2012 Filed I-751, Removing of Conditions
July 27, 2012, Received NOA1.
June 17, 2013, Received email, approved
June 21, 2013, Received new green card.
