I have to download my photos yet and I'll wait until I install the new operating system on Monday.

Yes, it was GREAT to meet up with everyone for lunch! The Lodge Restaurant was a really good venue - and we closed the place down (at least for the lunch shift). We just got back - it took 45 minutes for us to go the 2 or 3 miles through Helen with all of the Oktoberfest activities and we took a detour at Fry's in North Atlanta on our way back home . That area of Georgia is just so incredibly beautiful right now with all the fall leaves in full display, and weather-wise the day was perfect. The company couldn't have been better either, and I think if we hadn't had other commitments we would have all been happy to stay and chat longer.

Yes, we should make this at the very least an annual - and perhaps even a more frequent - event. Joe and I discussed on the way home that we would be happy to host a get together at our home in Stockbridge sometime, so maybe in the Spring we can think about that.

For those who had hoped to make it but weren't able to - we missed you and look forward to meeting you another time :) .

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
