02/12/2011- Received Descheduled letter

02/17/2011- USCIS online Status update

02/22/2011-New IL arrived schedule for March 29

02/22/2011-Descheduled Letter Again ( 2nd Time)

02/23/2011- I called USCIS and I was told new schedule in the computer for March 22

02/23/2011-USCIS ONline update....

03/01/2011-Interview Letter for March 22 @ 7:15 AM

03/22/2011- Interview and Oath; US Citizen

Bumping this so it doesn't get lost- and re-issuing the invitation to all Georgia couples - or those in the neighbouring states who don't mind driving to Georgia - October 24th at Unicoi State Park for lunch and a friendly get together with other VJ couples and families. Hope to see you!

Just adding that the North Georgia Mountains at that time of year are particularly beautiful with the changing leaves. This get together will be a delight for the senses as well as provide the opportunity for meeting each other face to face and making new friends.

More Atlanta/Georgia area VJ couples - or half of couples if you are waiting for your loved one to arrive still :) - are welcome to join us for our get together on October 24th at the Lodge Restaurant in Unicoi State Park. For those who are thinking about it, give us an indication for our numbers. If you decide to come at the last minute that is perfectly ok as well. It will be great to meet in person and give a face to all these internet names:-).

Heather, I hope your tentative works out - it would be good to see you and Jeff again:).

There are lots of other Georgia/Atlanta area couples on VJ - why not join us for a lovely meal and some great company for a day trip in the Georgia mountains? You can spend time at the Octoberfest in Helen as well as do some great site-seeing in the area - or just stay and visit in Unicoi Park.
