better help will be found in the :

US Embassy and Consulate Discussion

You are almost there and now you have to deal with the embassy. This is the place to post your experiences or questions related to this last step before moving to the US. Topics relating to I-134's, packets sent from consulate and medical & police certificates should be posted here.

Both

is w2 and a letter from employer enough?

No you need most recent tax years tax return or transcript (2008)

and if the co-sponsor is not married but has a baby is his girlfriend added to his houshold?

Girlfriend - No, baby - only if listed as dependent or will be listed as dependent on tax returns.

thank U all for all the answers

They both need to fill out the I-134 and attach supporting documents. Attach a copy of most recent tax return PLUS w-2s. Co-sponsor must also attach proof he is a citizen or LPR. Employer letter is optional for either.

If the co-sponsor claims the child or girlfriend on his income tax as dependents they must be counted in his family size. If either or both are not included on his tax return they do not have to be counted. Since they are not married it is unlikely she is included in his tax return, the child MAY be.

I don't think so.

You could try an easier method of ordering tax transcripts from the IRS. You can even have them fax it to you same day. That way you don't need the W2, 1040 and 1099 altogether, it's all in the transcript.

N-400 Stuff:
07/02/16 : N-400 sent

07/11/16 : NOA1

07/28/16 : Biometrics

04/03/17: Interview (approved)

04/14/17: Judicial oath ceremony
