We are petitioning for permanent residency. Do we send two separate packages: one for the I-130 and one for the I-485? Or do we include the I-130 into the I-485 package?

Also, do both I-130 and I-485 require the G325A?

You can put it in one package just put a cover sheet each but it's always your choice. Yes! if it both require G325 then you'll going to do both. Good Luck!

I put the I485, I130 and I785 together in the same package with a different binder clip on each one and a cover letter to go with the package. they accepted all of them.
