My stepson has interview 9-29-09 in Manila can anyone tell me how long it takes after interview to recieve his visa

07-29-04 Left NVC for Hong Kong Consulate

08-01-04 Rec by Hong Kong Consulate

08-02-04 Sent I-134 to Mylah

08-03-04 Mylah Rec Pac. #3

08-04-04 Mylah Rec I-134 from Ron

08-16-04 Mylah sent pac. #3 info back to consulate

09-06-04 sent E-Mail request of status to consulate

09-07-04 rec. e-mail from consulate (case awaits completion of our administrative processing).

10-02-04 Finally have rec. Pac # 4 Interview Oct 26th

10-11-04 embassy tried to reschedule interview for Nov 15, reshedule for Oct 15

10-15-04 passed interview

11-01-04 Dropped off Passport at consulate

11-04-04 Rec.visa by special delivery post

11-07-04 Mylah U.S. arrived 20 mins late

12-28-04 Our Wedding Day

02-27-05 Kathryn arrived on a K-2 Visa

10-03-05 mailed appl. for AOS & EAD.

10-04-05 Homeland Security office rec. appl.

10-14-05 Rec. NOA from Lee’s Summit, Mo. receipt of I-765 & I-485.

10-25-05 Rec. request for additional Information for I-485

11-07-05 sent in additional info for I-485 to Lee’s Summit, Mo.

11-10-05 Customer Service Center Rec. Documents sent 11-07-05

02-23-06 Rec. appointment Letter from Customer Service Center for Bio.

03-15-06 Went to Fed Building in Jackson Ms. for Bio

03-23-05 Rec. EAD cards for Mylah and Kathryn (Mylah’s card was incorrect)

04-06-06 sent in Mylah’s EAD card back in with supporting Documents

04-30-06 Rec. Mylah’s Corrected EAD card

it depends where u live, if u live in metro manila then about 2-3 days to get a text from air 21., further u live then it will take u longer. good luck. abby n sheryl

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Naty had her Visa via Air21 in Baguio (K-1) in 6 days.

Comments : She recived the first notice from Manila on Valentines day. Perfect timing.

The first setback came during the medical. Naty had to do the 3 day sputum and then we waited 2 months for the results. YESSSS>came back negative

Went for her interview on July 16th and received her Pink Slip......Finally. Paid the AIR21 and I expect her here August 10th, 2009. Marriage will be August 21st, exactly 4 years to the day that we first met.
