when should i pay the IV fee ?

I just finished the i-1864 form, and sent in the other day.

I went back on the NVC website, and saw that i can select to pay the IV fee now. But when should I pay?

Pay IV fee and send Form DS-230 or Send Form DS-230 and pay.

You pay the IV bill then you file the DS-230. The NVC will not process the DS-230 without the fee having been paid. You might as well pay it now and start filling out the DS-230.

same this situations is mine i paid 88$ now i am trying to pay iv fee but option is not available online. i put my NVC case number and invoice number . i already sent i864 & DS3032 what i do now , operator said we will send iv bill invoice number? whats that|?

when did u receive ur I -130 approval notice?what date did u apply for I-130?

i applied on march 2011.but havent received approval notice yet.
