VSC has processed more petitions than CSC for 13 of the past 20 weeks according to the data.

Huh? K-1 petitions? And what the source of this data might be?

I think she's referring to that website I posted.

I don't know who updates it, though.

Oh wow, give us a break... Sorry I know it can frustrate you but last months VSC was like doing nothing. And CSC was going crazy on approvals.. Now it's our turn and it's all bad now. You have been waiting for 1 month an 28 days according to your timeline? I have been waiting for almost 6 months now and there are people here that have been waiting for what? 8-10 months even a year? Excuse me for getting pissed at these things. =X

I have been reading all these CSC approvals (march, may, april, even june and july), day in day out. Do you hear me say anything about it? No because it is just the way it is. Deal with it.

I understand that the VSC people are frustrated by their wait time, I would be too. But there is no excuse to be rude. I was simply making an observation about the output for each and conjecturing on the possible correlation between the two. I never mentioned my petition or wait time in the topic at all.

Thank you for the clarification on the size of the facilities, I did not know that.

I wasn't being rude, I gave my opinion. The way I see it, nothing wrong with it. Blame me for living in a freedom of speech country =] And the cry face you made in your post clearly says something doesn't it? To me it sounds that you find it quite unfair. Correct me if I am mistaken.

To me... I don't think I have the right to complain (No I'm not stating that you are complaining) even though I do but try hard not to. It's suppose to be a 6months waiting time, after that, we get to complain. Sorry for dropping in my two cents, But is it that hard to just congratulate those who got their approval? By the time you get to your 5-6 months I'm pretty sure you will understand what I or maybe we are talking about. Then when you see these kinds of topics you'll feel the same as I do right now.

Have a nice day and Good luck with everything

This is true but its my udnerstanding that vermont is a larger facility and receives more petitions than california. So if you really want to get a good picture you'd have to use a modifier based on the number of filers.

Based on the data at the berkley site they churned out close to the same number of VJers over the last year... despite the size difference and number of employees... maller CSC with fewer files to do likely why there is a month or so between the two when it comes to the dates of NOA1's that are getting NOA2's lately. we all know its a sit back and wait scenario...

Maybe I am interpreting your timeline wrong, but how have you been waiting 6 months when your NO1 is from March 16? That's 4 and half right? Or am I missing something?

I think that most of the posters on this thread have misinterpreted my meaning........I didn't realize I wasn't allowed to have an opinion on processing times until I have been waiting a set amount of time.

Can a mod please close this thread?

Almost* is what I said. Don't forget a written word says a 100 things but a spoken word tells you thousands, and then there's the look in a persons face, yadayada I am rambling. I didn't mean to make you feel bad. Hey, why close it. Your right is as you think it is. Anyways, I'll just stay out for now.

This may or may not be the reason csc seems to be taking slower and vsc has sped up..but from what i was told by my congressman today CSC is backed up with FBI namechecks on the Petitioners...

Thus why my noa2 has not come yet.
