Got my K1, but How to Adjust Status?

Ok, my NOA 1 has an "INS Receipt Number". Is this what they mean when they say "Alien Receipt" number? It is thirteen digits long and has three letters to start the sequence.

And my visa also looks different than the photo.

My Alien number wsn't on my visa. It was however on my K-1 NOA2 form near the top right corner above my name in the box marked Applicant. It was nine numbers thought the first was a zero. A 0XX-XXX-XXX

Edit: In fact, my visa looks totally different than the one posted above. Weird.

I don't think that's it Jay.... Do you have your NOA2 yet? Mine looks different from the photo too, that photo is old (2003) so I'm sure they've changed from then

mh maybe someone can submit something like that photo that is new? with everything blocked out so no one can take it n stuff? hope you figure it out tho!

usually you can call the uscis and get the a # from them. When did you app jay? you have no timeline so we cna't figure out if you got the noa1 and / or the noa2?
