NVC MESS - login failed & checklist for payment

What the heck is NVC doing with my case? First they generate 1 or 2 false RFEs. Then they review all the documents and no login is possible anymore only to request the IV fee payment at the end.

First of all all payments were made and if they hadn't, then NVC wouldn't even have started reviewing the AOS and DS-230.

I called them up and the rep said a supervisor was looking into the issue. but 2 days later they sent a checklist.

Yes 2 payments were rejected but then they were repeated and approved. I think they do not know what they're doing. And how could I make those supposedly missed payments now if the online payment is not possible to log into anymore?

Have to call them again and speak to the supervisor myself.

Well, a failed login doesn't always mean the case is completed, then.

maybe they were updating the system and something went wrong.

hope you get everything sorted out.
