I submitted my I-130 first then submitted the I-129F a few weeks later incase it happened to be the quicker route. I received my NOA2 yesterday for both. My question is how do I go about dropping the I-129F is it automatically abonded due to the approval of the I-130 at the sametime? Thanks for all the help.

No the I-129 and the I-130 can both be approved at the same time, if you want to follow the I-130 then ignore all the letters about the I-129F, You can write a letter to USCIS letting them know you no longer wish to continue with your I-129F but that can cause a problem and they might cancel both I-129f and I-130 just leave things alone and follow the I-130 it will save you a lot money and headaches.....

Definitely ignore every piece of paper you receive regarding your I-129F and only pay attention to the stuff you'll be getting from the NVC about your I-130.
