When my hubby entered the States six weeks before our wedding I thought it would NEVER get here. With all the planning and arrangements to make (and this was not a huge shebang!) the six weeks were up pretty quick! :star:

Out for dinner with my friends and then maybe watch them have a couple of drinks while I stick to water due to my silly arm.

Absolute madness out here, big art festival at the river and 50,000 visitors. All just a block away from my house. Traffic is collapsing, people are yelling at each other, honking, breaking, honking.

I have a question for my SAT peeps...

So...bachelorette party. Maid of honor is supposed to pay for it, right? Well, one of the bridesmaids has decided we should all pay $100 each for a party bus so everyone can get really drunk. This party bus holds 15 people. Only 6 people would be paying for the bus, 3 of the 6 people plus the bride don't even drink. Plus, I highly doubt the bride would even like it because she has expressed how much she does NOT want a limo for her wedding even though we offered to pay for one for her. The party bus thing is just NOT her. The bus thing is supposed to be a surprise. I think she will pretend she likes it because she knows everyone paid for it, but deep down she won't like it. What do you think? Should I pay $100 even though I don't drink, and I don't think the bride will like it?

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.
