Only watched a few episodes of Californication and didn't really like it all that much, just couldn't get into it.

the 3 dexter seasons together are only 50 bucks at amazon.com, but the express delivery is another 50...not too bad really, but fly to the us in a month, so i feel stupid spending 50 bucks on express delivery. German amazon only has season 1 and it's 35 euros!!

Have you watched True Blood? A lot of people I know are really into that right now.

I've had the TV series dilemma both times I had surgery. The ones I've watched are Lost, Big Love, Weeds, Dead Like Me, Dexter, Gilmore Girls, The Wire (wasn't really into it), 24, Damages, Six Feet Under...can't remember if there's any others. Dead Like Me was the one that surprised me and I thought was really good.

true blood - never heard of it. will have to check it out. they are all good picks you listed, i watched most of them as well. for the ones i haven't seen yet, the only problem is the delivery times from amazon - i think that even the express delivery gets stuck at customs for a while.

i might have to start *gasp* reading!

currently reading bright shiny morning by james frey - easy read with a good portion of gore, if anyone is looking for a book.

I watched it.. at first I couldn't get into it but it seemed to get better as it went along...

yeah it is mainly the first episode or so where there is a lot of shagging.. it drops off after that though...

Nope. And everything is closed on Sundays to honour Baby Jesus.

First thing tomorrow morning will be a trip downstairs to the grocery store followed by the making of some couscous salad, even if my arm will fall off afterwards. Chopped cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, spring onion, parsley mixed with a cup of organic couscous, with olive oil, lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper, topped with crumbled lf feta cheese. That's all I want. A big box of salad.
