Hey Amby -- I need a place to buy cool kitchen #######. Mostly organizing stuff. Ideas?

And I also need new knives, good ones.

What type of stuff for organizing? Like drawer separaters and stuff?

Yup, space savers. We have a lot of cabinetry, but not wall space. I used to have my knives on a magnet on the wall.... no can't do now :(

Len,

I got a set of J.A. Henckles from Macy's for my wedding - almost 5 years ago. I love them. They have a soft rubbery grip and are stainless steel. They actually were quite reasonable. I want to say around $60...I must admit that I never wanted anything that cost more as they do a fantastic job. My MIL calls them "Los Asesinos" as she's cut herself a few times from them. User error.

I love William Sonoma but it's kinda pricey. Target actually has an entire aisle of kitchen organizing stuff. About a month ago I bought a 3 tier thing for spices from there and was pretty impressed with how many options there were. I stood there for probably 20 minutes trying to decide what I wanted.

I agree. That brand is reasonably priced and works great for a home cook. I know some chefs who have one of two of those knives as well.

only if you write on your own wall or on the wall of someone who is also friends with that person UNLESS the person's FB isn't set to private then anyone can see it

correct - unless they are friends with that friend too.

and be sure to set any games you play to not publish either, as that can show up too on your wall.

Amby -- I thought dark red would be a bit too dark .... it's a small place.. though it might make our furniture pop, since they are dark woods and leather --- yeah, we're that traditional, deal :P
