I'm more awkward than my 7th grade students. Today a kid handed me a package of 8 glue sticks and I had only asked for one. I thanked him by saying "thats great, you have such a big package".

I don't like exercise routines - but I love aquafit. I think what I like about it most is that you don't do any one movement for more than a couple of minutes. An hour simply flies by and yes, I do sweat :lol:

Back to the subject of fitness. Exercises done in the water give you 14% more resistance than those on land. I was also an aquatics instructor for water aerobics and also water walking for seniors. You don't feel it much when you are doing it but after, once you have had time to relax, that pain and tightness kicks in. Swimming is one of the best overall body workouts you can get and not having the jarring on the joints is excellent/low impact but certainly not any less intense. When you are working out to get in shape, chances are you are not feeling all that comfortable with the shape you are in thus the last thing women wanna do is put on a swimsuit :blush:

i'd definitely ddo water exercise if i had a personal trainer and a swimming pool. no way i'll exercise in front of people wearing a swimsuit.

ok so one of my classes was cancelled because enough people didn't sign up for it. i'm sad because it was my class with the stoner prof. now i need to pick a new random elective. suggestions?

false alarm. staples are just being annoying.

ok so one of my classes was cancelled because enough people didn't sign up for it. i'm sad because it was my class with the stoner prof. now i need to pick a new random elective. suggestions?

I ended up picking another psych class so now my minor is psych. It's the only one that worked with my schedule without me having to either sit at campus all day with nothing to do or make the hour drive two times a day.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

I have already had intro to psych, abnormal psych, lifespan development, social psych. Taking human sexuality (waited til I could get into the hilarious perv's class lol) and then added cognitive psych

I'm now off to have staples removed. I'm bringing 100s of steri strips with me because I'm half convinced I will burst open at the seams :lol:
