I don't like exercise routines - but I love aquafit. I think what I like about it most is that you don't do any one movement for more than a couple of minutes. An hour simply flies by and yes, I do sweat :lol:

Back to the subject of fitness. Exercises done in the water give you 14% more resistance than those on land. I was also an aquatics instructor for water aerobics and also water walking for seniors. You don't feel it much when you are doing it but after, once you have had time to relax, that pain and tightness kicks in. Swimming is one of the best overall body workouts you can get and not having the jarring on the joints is excellent/low impact but certainly not any less intense. When you are working out to get in shape, chances are you are not feeling all that comfortable with the shape you are in thus the last thing women wanna do is put on a swimsuit :blush:
