Morning people. You will all be quite proud of knowing that I have been keeping up with the gym thing. Surprising, I know.... :o

So far I am only doing 20 minutes of the bike thingy -since i can read at the same time :P but of course i will need advise from Nessa, our resident workout queen, for a LIGHT upper body routine :)

oh congrats on keeping up the workout! i'm so proud of you

I iz proud, too :luv:

I actually kind of like it -- I can rest my back while I bike and read without the redhead talking to me and interrupting my reading concentration

what will you do if he discovers the gym?

also i'm jealous because i can't work out until at least october 1

Hey all! Hope all is well. I am listening to Pandora Radio - anyone tried it? I (L) Pandora. Right now I'm listening to Juan Gabriel radio and almost losing it over "Amor Eterno". My other stations are Gotan Project, Mana, Coldplay, Boards of Canada, and Soda Stereo. If that isn't an eclectic mix of music I don't know what is.:blink:

I hate when Tavo talks to me while I'm reading and I don't hear him and I'm like - huh??? Then he says, "No, I'm not going to repeat that - you should have been listening." Well, dammit, I was caught up in my book. Sheesh! :ranting:

Dudessss.... I so get it!!! What is even worse is that I do the same to him when he is reading

Amby -- he knows where the gym is, but I doubt he would venture in it. He has a real bike and uses it, unlike yours truly :P

In Mexico, they actually have these reenactments including a huge cross, walkathon, dude with crown of spines, and whatnot. It is quite picturesque... NOT.

I don't know. It's the first time they've ever bled like that. It was insane. I took pics to keep as a souvenir.

My boss just gave me back a report where someone (not me, honestly) referred to our governor as Governor Christ instead of Crist.

Not knocking the gym thing, but how do you manage to actually break a sweat and read at the same time? The image is quite disturbing to me

(I tried spinning, it made my butt cheeks numb so I quit, but the ones I saw reading on the stationary bike just were not putting any darn effort into it and I used to think what a bloody waste of time to sit and read with a sore #######)

I hear you. It's not like I do the bike thing at 100 km/hour  so there is not much sweat involved :P
