I've spent most of the night trying to catch up on all the shows on my dvr list. I feel like such a lazy azz. I still have 2 episodes of Modern Family, 3 episodes of Fringe, and 2 episodes of Flashforward. I think Flashforward is next and then I'll be off to bed. I have to wake up around 5am :dead:

Oh wow, I just made a carrot cake in my tiny tiny (toaster) oven and it came out so nicely! I found the perfect carrot cake recipe, seriously. And I made some cream cheese frosting and it's so good, I want to eat it with a spoon! I am so surprised that it turned out nicely. Wow!

And I made some chicken soup again, they had beautiful chickens at the supermarket, so I had to buy one. I never use the old soup chickens for soup, I find them so gross looking, I always buy a nice and juicy looking chicken to roast and use that.

I was supposed to go to my Mom's again today and she cancelled again. I was already in my jacket, ready to leave the house when she called and said she was too sick to see anyone. I feel a bit lonely, I have to admit. All the people I would like to hang out with are busy. Everyone else is going clubbing, but I don't feel like it.

Happy Saturday :(

Sister, I wish I could come over and hang out with you. We could eat cake and yummy chicken soup and just have an all around good time. :star:

so people I have a 1080p tv and blu-ray and I can't tell the freaking difference from normal dvd???????????

Sham????

my friends are coming over in a bit to watch "scary" movies. I'll ask them. maybe I just don't care enough to notice? I mean I guess it looks different when you're really close to the tv but from far away it seems to look the same.
