I take Target brand - luv them - not horsepill size! Thank God!! $6.99 for a bottle of 200. I take them at night before I go to bed - no problems.

I wish I could grow my nails a bit longer, but they always break! It's so annoying. My pointers, thumbs and middle fingers are always short because they never seem to grow or be strong enough to stay long, but my pinkie and ring fingers always grow great!

I take Target brand - luv them - not horsepill size! Thank God!! $6.99 for a bottle of 200. I take them at night before I go to bed - no problems.

Mine are a prescription, there's 2 pills... the vitamin and a DHA pill. The vitamin has extra iron cause my bloodwork showed I needed iron. My doc is good, I trust his judgement & do what he says but yuck!

Can you take at night when you go to bed? Are you expecting? I took mine at night because I would suffer during the day. I also brushed my teeth first

Yeah I take them before I go to bed but I get up every 10 minutes to go to the bathroom LOL and I usually gag. I will just have to deal. I take them with crackers and that has made it much better than before when sometimes I'd regurgitate them. LOL TMI sorry

I can't take damn pre-natals because they have iron, and well, let's say my body does not likey. But I do take a silica complex for nails
