I am fine Just trying to shake off a cold and starting with 3 metformins a day today. Oddly enough my side effects have completely vanished. I ate a super huge greasy bad bad bad unhealthy pizza last night and - nothing. I would much rather feel sick, so I avoid bad foods.

I am meeting friends for dinner tonight - they are going clubbing (music, not seals) afterwards, but I think I just go home. We are changing to daylight savings tonight, so I get an extra hour of sleep. Not missing out on that. Tomorrow I have to go to the office for a few hours, I still have some things to do before Monday, since I am out Monday morning to check out a venue for an event I have end of November.

Pedro's mom and brother come for a two week visit today, so he will be busy the next two weeks spending some quality time with them. I am so happy for him.

And how are you? How was your work week? How is Enzo? Plans for the weekend? Do you have a Halloween costume for him?

I'm doing well...just trying to get some kinks out. I'm at work right now, working on a Federal Reporting project - the system is SO SLOW!!! I have so much to do that my boss said that it would be ok to come in and I'll be given comp time - I'll use it for Thanksgiving.

Enzo is doing great - I think he'll either be Tigger or a pumpkin.

Other than that, for the weekend, I'm planning on making some steaks tonight and fresh corn - yummy!!! Also, there is a Greek Festival here in town. We'll probably go tonight and walk around for a little while. Take the piccolino.

Tigger is awesome, he is going to look so cute! I would love to see some photos! Enjoy the greek festival - I hope they have some good food. I love greek food, we used to go to greece a lot when I was little. I hope Pedro and I can go again sometime in the next years.

Pedro and I are looking at flights again. We had decided to not see each other for xmas, since we need to save money and flights are expensive. But I think we are just about to buy a flight. The thought of celebrating xmas without is making me so sad, I'd spend everything I have for a ticket. So my family, his family, me and him chip in on a ticket.

eta - sorry you have to work. I will be in your position tomorrow. I love work though. I am a bit odd.
