work again :dead:

And I'm not a shopaholic so I have nothing to add to this conversation. I'm super frugal, although I don't mind spending money when you need to...like things for the wedding or whatever. I guess I'm more thrifty than cheap. Anyways....until tonight. Bye!

Yeah that sounds like me. Also, I made a deal with me that I try on every item of clothing I want to buy instead of just taking it home. Today, I saw this awesome turtle neck jumper. I tried it on and looked like a sausage rool, so I didn't buy it. Yay me!

The other day I bought a cheap face cream. Usually I go to the fancy cosmetic store and buy Chanel/ Shiseido/ Clinique. This time I went to the drug store and bought a rip off of a L'Oreal, that is how cheap I am!!111 A new era has begun. Plus I am reading a financial advice book for women my Mom got me years ago that I never read.

#######!!! You recommended that ####### to me!!! :crying:

Aww Stina, I am glad you can relate. Maybe I should buy some new earrings at your shop. ;)

I kind of have a budget and think I can only spend this much a month after having paid my bills, but I lose track quickly because I don't write it down and then I end up spending it all and have nothing left. And no I really have to start saving for some upcoming things and I am scared to buy anything because I worry I'll lose it.

I know it seems ridiculous to some, but I was never taught how to save money, I could always buy what I wanted. I had a brief phase of not having money back in Melbourne, but that seriously taught me nothing.

 Not a bad idea....

:P
