Oh wow, I never thought there would be this many people! Do you take it for PCOS or diabetes? Did it help you? How much do you take? I am so relieved that there are more people taking it, I thought I was the only "special" one.

starting next week I'm cooking for my pregnant friend because she's on bedrest. anyone have dishes they think reheat really well? mon I will be cooking them dinner for mon & tues and wed I will be doing dinner for wed & thurs so I need things that reheat well. fridays I will actually be there all day helping her with her kids so I will cook a nice meal for dinner on Fridays because I'll be there until her husband gets home. all ideas welcome. I don't reheat things very often.
