Anyone watch Modern Family last night??? God, I love that show. "Manny keeps us grounded." "Yeah, like fog at an airport."

I weighed in and lost 4 lbs last week - I didn't really do too much different, just watched here and there. I haz a happy.

Thanks, Nessa. I have about 40 to lose to get to where I felt awesome (way before ever being prego) and a few more after that to be truly cool with my body. Plus, I'd like to see how much I can lose before Thanksgiving weekend. We're going to the beach with my whole family and taking our Christmas card pics there. I have a beautiful red blouse and some badazz skinnier time jeans that I want to rock for the piccie.

Staashi, thumbs up for a successful week of dieting! That is awesome! I am so very sorry for not having called you yet, time flies and we are out so much, so when I get home it is usually too late to call. I guess it's more realistic to call you when I am back home!

We were invited to a friend's house for dinner a few days ago, one of Pedro's rugby mates. He is an ex-marine and they had FOX news running on TV all night. We played Tabu and I had to explain 'tabloid' to his wife. So I said - Fox news, written down - she finally, after more explanation guessed tabloid, but her husband said - #######, Fox is not tabloid, it's a legitimate news station.

Oops Also, their right wing neighbours came over and asked detailed about my legal status in their country. I have never come across right wing, fox news, pro war on terror, anti obama people in real life, so it was quite interesting. Also, they didn't know who Andy Warhol is (one of the terms I had to explain in Tabu) and have never heard of Jaques Cousteau. Bless.

Now I am watching Pat Robertson, the omnipotent specialist for everything!! I can't get enough of that show, it's hilarious!

Julia - I have run across a lot of people that don't know who a lot of "famous" people are while playing games like that.
