I got a massage, mani, and pedi today. It made me feel better for awhile. Don't know what's up with this massive headache. I lost a load of weight this week because I'm finally back into my full workoutand eating routine.

thanks nessa. I was super excited when I weighed myself at the gym last night. I'm going to stop by my dr on monday just to do a body composition thing to see where I am. at least the gym is not kicking my azz like it was when I first started back. I started running instead of just doing elliptical and I'm not sure what's up, but it makes my entire stomach tingle. does that even make sense? the only thing I can think is increased blood flow.
