I am making a leg of lamb for dinner - on a bed of rosemary with oven roasted potatoes (sweet and normal), glazed with honey/ seeded mustard.

I am tired and have a strep throat from all the evil a/c.

It turned out great - medium rare and so juicy. Any reason why you don't enjoy lamb?

We bought a huge leg of lamb at the halal butchery, 10lbs for 50 bucks. Had it cut in half and froze one half. Oh how I LOVE having an oven!! Love love love!

I think I don't like it just because I didn't grow up with it. I'm not sure if I even tried it before I moved to California. I rarely even see it in the grocery store around here. Last time I had it I really liked it.

I have absolutely no motivation to write this effing paper. Seriously. I just want to stomp around, scream, and throw a tantrum. No point in doing that because I'd still have to write the freaking thing after the tantrum was finished.
