Oh, I forgot to share that I had the best facial ever today. It was a bit pricey, but the lady was lovely, the studio fantastic and all in all in was the best facial I've ever gotten. I wish I could all take you there, seriously! I will definitely go more often now, it was so relaxing and nice. Plus the salon is next door. :D

2 more days until I fly out :dance: Queen City here I come. I hope my shoulder will not be too hard on me on the plane.

Tomorrow I have my glucose test for the insuline resistance/ PCOS at the endocrinologist today. I hate to say that I have been back on carbs (complex, good carbs most of the time) since the surgery and I gained 6lbs although I ate the amount of calories required for my body to just mainain my weight. Fvcked up. I am so fed up. But there was no way I could stay on zero carb after the surgery, especially because I was not able to cook/ do dishes. Bleh.

Cleo is settling in at Mom's and has bitten her twice already. :lol: Love my little b1tch. :lol:

New season Desperate Housewives now on TV, probably aired in the US 2 years ago. :lol:

I thought that, or under is to loose weight. to maintain is 1500? :unsure:

Yes according to calorie counter, or you can always go Madonna's way and don't intake more than 700 cal a day :wacko:
