I just recently graduated. During my college years I was employed all year round through the same company for 5 years. Thing was I only worked during the summer and any other time I had a break from college, i.e. Christmas break, Spring break. I was wondering when it asks for the time frame in which I worked for the company in the g-325a is it the months I actually worked there, or do I just put down I was employed by them consistently for all 5 years even though I only worked seasonally.

just make sure there are no "gaps" and you will be fine.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

If they kept you as an employee (as mentioned above, did you filll out new employment forms each time?) then your employment was continuous and you would only list them as your employer for the last five years +

Do not confuse "employment" (which they ask for) with "work" (which they do not ask for). It does not matter that you were not working for periods of your employment.

If you filled out new employment forms each time, then you would have to list each period of employment separately AND the periods of unemployment between when you were a student.
