on line 14... it asks to write your spouse's name....

but since I am filing for fiance visa... he is not yet my spouse, do I leave this blank/ N/A... I am confused because later on it says the names you mentioned in 14 and 19 will they be accompanying to you the US...

This form, the DS-230, is used for things other than Fiance Visas which is why the space asks for your Spouse - you'd write "None" as others have noted (since you're a K-1 visa applicant). Section 19 is for children that will be accompanying you - if there are none, write "None." Section(s) 21a and 21b would also be "None" if there are no children coming with you.
