I finally got approved after having a letter RFE on Dec.14 2009, I sent the requested documents on dec 28 2009 and on dec. 30 2009 they got my documents, then on january 20 2010 my online status chance to card production, on Saturday January 23 I received a letter from you USCIS letting me know that my case was approved and on jan. 25 my status change to Post Decision activity noting that On January 25, 2010, they mailed me a notice that they have approved the PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

I'm glad it's over, now I'm waiting for my new card in the mail.

Hey Anja and Henry - I'm on the same boat with you. I haven't heard from them since my 2nd biometrics in Nov. ####### ?

I called my immigration lawyer and she said to just give them a call in March (4 days in your case). Sometimes they forget to process after a certain period of time. This is so annoying.

in 4 days we are waiting 6 month - the GOAL - yeah, I'm going to call them.....
