According to your profile I don't see any timeline. Why on earth should I discuss anything with you?

You don't need to discuss anything with me whether I have timeline or not: it has nothing to do with whether I have timeline: you just seem to have weird concept of being stuck in FBI check: you were approved the day you had interview, you weren't stuck. Don't get all twitchy and defensive.

It seems that you don't know the procedure. The FBI check is starting after biometric is taken and most of the times you wont have an interview before the check is done. In my case it took 3 month which is a long time for a check. Thats where people feel stuck because nothing happens and no touch in the case.

My worst time with FBI check was my K1 visa where the FBI check took 6 month.

This forum its ment for people to chit chat about their feelings during the waiting time. A newbie in this forum like you should be more careful with your comments and before we can see if you even have any experience.

I think YOU don't know the procedure, sir. I had my interview one and half month after I applied for AOS and they told me at the interview that I will be approved after my FBI check goes through which took 6-8 months after the interview. They schedule interview even if your FBI check wasn't complete. Sorry, sir.

I hear you, it is just so strange why or how people that file after you did can get approved in less than a 2 month time period of filing, yet you are still waiting and no activity, I hear what you mean by feeling just stuck there, makes me wonder if you got a slow case worker or inept one or if they misplaced file or it got put on bottom of a pile or off to the side.

Anyway, hang in there, I can imagine how frustrated you feel. Good luck.
