waiting for desicion everbody knows vermont center

no touch since the biometric date

Why is the VSC so far behind now processing Green Cards, when that used to be the fastest and best Service Center just 1-2 years ago or more? What is their problem now? I cannot believe CSC is that much better or faster, there has to be something wrong with this government agency, nothing makes logical sense in how they operate at all.

It looks like CSC has approved almost all of the August filers, I wish VSC would get to August filers. It will probably be Chistmas by the time they get to us.

I am a CSC and still waiting. I always get stuck in FBI check like the other times. Guess they don't have a good connection with Denmark

Any news yet for your approval? Makes no sense why or how it would take this long for you when so many others that file after you are getting approved before you, and if something is wrong, then why not send you a RFE within 30 days of applying so you can clear up whatever it is USCIS needs to approve you case. Strange. Hope you hear some good news.

hi zgt its going to be my turn to file next week ,but wanted to say yes I will be VT filler and am already prepared to waite at least 5 month ,

had to waite when we where in I 129f then again with AOS ( even tho AOS wasnt to bad but still way slower then CSC )

i think VT just likes tim hortons since theyr pretty close to canada who knows maybe they take a coffee break there , lol

According to your timeline you were approved at your AOS interview and your whole AOS process took 5 months: so when were you stuck for FBI check before exactly?
