Received an approval email in the last half-hour from USCIS. :dance:

Best of luck to those still waiting - it surely won't be long for the rest of the CSC bunch. As for those waiting on VSC, I hope that they'll very soon be a deluge of approvals raining down on you all.

Thank you both! It's actually official now that Mir is approved for her ROC. We got the approval notice in the mail today from the local office. What I found odd is that my daughter's AOS had been held up for the decision on my wife's ROC. Even before we got the approval letter for Mir's ROC, we received a USCIS email that stated our daughter's card production was ordered on Oct. 23rd and now today we got a second email that stated card production for our daughter was on Oct. 28th. We have yet to get an email saying that Mir's new 10 year card production has been ordered. Her last touch in the USCIS status website was on 9/17/09, the day after her biometrics. As usual, nothing wiith USCIS makes any sense. :lol:

Once again, just happy its over for a while. Thank again for the congrats!

I believe that is the norm, as the child is essentially a 'derivative' green card holder.

At the earliest, it looks like VSCers till start getting approvals in mid to late December... Sounds good to me :)

February, 06: Sent I-129f package to the US to be routed to Vermont

February, 09: I-129f forwarded to Vermont USCIS from US Home

February, 12: I-129f arrives VSC :) Journey really starts!

February, 13: NOA1 Reciept date

February, 16: VSC Cashes the check

March, 09: NOA2 Email. yay!

March, 11: Touched... Probably for the last time at VSC :)

March, 14: NVC Recieved package

March, 15: NVC Sent package to London

March, 20: Package recieved in London

March, 28: Packet 3 recieved!

April, 2: Packet 3 Sent back to London

April, 10: Packet 3 recieved by London Embassy

April, 17: Packet 4 recieved

May, 1: Medical

May, 29: Interview! - APPROVED

June, 1: Visa in Hand

July 18: Fly back together POE

On October 29, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS Customer Service at (800) 375-5283.

*Current processing times can be found on the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov under Check My Case Status and Check Processing Times.
