Probably. Since you are in the VSC, I wouldn't waste my time, check once a week hope for a mircale, otherwise check back in a 2-3 months at the earliest, since it takes our center at least 6 months to review and approve at best.

Same here! I cant stay away long, I also think August VSC applicants may start getting approved by January or later… Well, it is what it is!!! We have to wait, so we wait…

I enjoy coming here and read about other people’s approvals, makes me happy for them and it gives me hope that I may be next….

received an email today regarding my status... it says CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED.

REMOVING CONDITIONAL STATUS ( green card will expire on October 24, 2009)

08/24/09..... Sent out my form I- 751

08/26/09..... Package received and was signed by V. SEMEGI

08/27/09..... Check processed

08/31/09..... I-797C, NOA1 received (conditional status extended for 1 year)

09/14/09..... Received my ASC appointment letter for my Biometrics which will be on September 26. 2009 @ 1pm

09/26/09..... Fingerprinting done (an hour early and they let me in and was surprise coz i was the only applicant till i was done)

10/02/09..... Card Production Ordered (email message)

10/06/09..... Approval Notice Sent (email message)

10/08/09..... I- 797C, NOA2 received in the mail

10/09/09..... 10 Year Green Card on hand..... YAHOO!!!!

For some reason I keep getting the "500 Internal Server Error" message when i try to log into the USCIS account.

Anybody know how to fix that, or any setting on my broswer I have to change?

You need to use your case number from your biometric appointment letter. This should work. :thumbs:

Thank you very much.... I am so relieved when I open and read the email. I really thought I'm going to be receiving an RFE coz I only sent out this documents:

1. Birth Certificate of our 13 month old son

2. Joint federal and state tax return of 2008

3. Joint checking accounts and joint time deposits or cd's (latest statement)

4. My hubby's life insurance with my name as the primary benificiary

5. Two letters from our friends.

I was so worried after reading all the documents that other filers sent out. Now I can relax and wait for my permanent card.

Good luck to other filers..... You will have yours soon....

Oh! can someone please update me on the timeline I really don't know how to do it.... it's a mess. hehehe!!!! Thanks!

I know... that fast.... on a matter of days. not even a week after my biometrics.

I was surprised..... I think I had my card production the earliest so far....

Hi everyone.

Well, I haven't received the Bio appointment letter yet.

We called the USCIS, and they transferred us to like 3 dif. people, finally someone helped us,

they sent us the appointment a while back, and it probably got lost in the mail, believe me I wait every

single day for the mailman to come. Long story short, we were notified yesterday that our appointment is for

10/6, and they were kind enough to fax us the notice letter. So we are set for this tuesday.

Congrats to all the lucky approvals.
