I AM TRYING TO BRING MY FIANCEE WHO RESIDES AND A CITIZEN OF INDONESIA TO THE STATES. I AM A US CITIZEN THROUGH NATURALIZATION.

WHAT WOULD BE THE FASTEST WAY TO BRING HER AND HER CHILD TO THE STATES ?

MY QUESTIONS ARE;

WHICH IS FASTER I-129F OR I-130

CAN I SUBMIT THE I-130 AT THE EMBASSY AFTER WE GET MARRIED IN INDONESIA ?

SHOULD I SUBMIT I-134 OR I-864A WITH THE I-130 OR I-129F ?

IS THERE A SAMPLE INSTRUCTION HOW TO FILL OUT I-864A AND I-134 ?

I KNOW WITH I-864A I CAN USE A CO SPONSOR, BUT WHICH FORM IS INS ARE CURRENTLY TAKING ? IS IT THE I-134 OR I-184A ?

THANK YOU FOR ANYONE WHO CAN RESPOND TO THESE QUESTION. IF ANY ONE WHO SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCE THROUGH K1 OR K3 VISA AND WHICH FORM THEY USED 134 OR 184. PLEASE SHARE SOME OF YOUR ADVICE. THANKS A BUNCH GUYS..

Start with the Guides here on V J.

You will use the 130 no matter what visa you are trying to get. Both 129F & 130 are the petitions that lead to the actual visa.

129 F = K 3 visa. Use 134 at time requested by embassy.

130 = C R 1 visa. Use 864. See flow chart for submittals & fees. Submit form at correct address dependent on your US address. Study the instructions to see where to file. Each immigrant needs their own 130 & therefore visa.

The fastest way is the K1, which means you get married in the US, and not in Indonesia.

Unless you are a resident of Indonesia, you cannot file the forms at the embassy.

Do not apply for the K3 if you marry in Indonesia, it is no longer faster than the CR-1 and is more expensive, and takes longer for your wife to get her green card.

Your good options are:

K1, marry in states, faster, most expensive.

CR1, marry in Indonesia, slightly slower once you've petitioned, but you have to get married first, so much longer to enter the US!!, least expensive.

Once you make this decision, please read the guides. It is pretty obvious from your questions that you have not done this. It is a great disservice to yourself AND your fiancee if you do not take advantage of all the resources available on here, and the guides above are the best resource you can turn to at this point.
