When realise that when we submit the I-864 we will fail below the 125% poverty line (because my wife who is the USC is currently working in the UK and has no US income).

Therefore her step father has agreed to be a joint sponsor and will also fill out a I-864, im just wondering when we submit his I-864 ?, is it when we send off my wifes or do I take it to the interview

Thanks

Send it when you send your wifes.

Hi lquin, for the 1864A what version of that form are you using, the one I downloaded from the state department website does not have a section for notarizing.
