Hey guys. :)

I've just about completed my application for my AOS/EAD/AP, and I've noticed that in the instructions for the I-131, Application for Travel Document, the passport photo requirements are still the old 'right side of your face with your ear showing' type. I know there was a change to make all of the required photos full-frontal, but as the application I have is the most recent revision (10/26/2005), I just wanted to check before I send it all off.

Also, I know I need to include the $70 biometrics fee for AOS with my application, but what about biometrics for my EAD/AP? Do I just pay for those when I go to get them done?

Cheers. :)

Yes.. full frontal...

You only have to pay for the biometrics fee once... with the I-485. There is no biometrics fee for the EAD or AP.

Sorry about the previous non-post...

1. FULL FRONTAL PIX REQUIRED.

2. Add Biometrics fee ONE TIME .. this covers all photo / fingerprint requirements for AOS and EAD.

3. Check for new / current fees for all applications since you may be using out-of-date forms, etc.

Good luck!
