Happy to hear of your trip...all the excitement...I miss it....I hope that you will have a wonderful trip and for now enjoy your sunday and the rest of days before your departure...

As for me, I finished watching Wimbledon....was rooting for my man, Nadal who put a great fight...now getting ready to see the final of France v. Italy...sounds like it is going to be a good game...later we are going out to our favorite Moroccan restaurant and just hang out in Manhattan....

To all have a wonderful Sunday and I am praying that next week will bring some good news and relief to the never ending wait...

(((*HUGS*)))

Dorothy

I've been up to my armpits in other endeavors today until now.

a1 you must be in quite a dither preparing for your trip. I know I would be! It's been so long since I was in Egypt. I wish I was heading that way too.

Seems after the first week of the month, things have really moved for many of our members. I'm HOPING more members get happy news very soon.

I have a billion things to do today. Wish I had one more day. I could sure use it. Hope you are all enjoying!

I bit the bullet and wandered out to get some new threads more appropriate for the office. There's something about a new outfit that kills those nerves (well ok a bit anyway) of a new job. Whee! I'm gonna be pimpin' downtown style! (whimper... nerves are setting in)

Hope you are all having a wonderful day.

Well......I had my first attempt at making Couscous today. It wasn't bad, just a bit different than any either Atif or I had ever had..... I found this recipe that was just fruit....dried apricots, and golden raisins, dried figs and Orange Juice.......it turned out pretty good, but like I said a tad bit different than either one us had ever had....I can't wait until I try another version... :D , Atif's aunt made Couscous with onion and Raisins...wish I could find that recipe.. :(

OH!!! BTW, We are going tomorrow morning to finish the applications for Atif's AOS/EAD :dance::dance::dance: ....he's been here 3 months already, hard to believe. WE waited this long to have enough pics to prove we are living together--I will be sooooo glad when this mess will be over.....does anybody have an idea of when that will be?:lol:
