Hey guys,

I was just wondering about your experiences, cause I couldn't find them here on the website. We sent my AOS package last friday, I saw that it got delivered on Sunday (through the tracking #). My I-94 expires tomorrow, 31 July. And they didn't seem to have cashed our check yet. I was just wondering if you think it will be registered on time. Do you know how they enter it into their system? I just don't want to be out of status but we did send it quite late.

Also, we live in Mishawaka, IN, it's about 2 hours away from Chicago and about 3 and a half hours from Indianapolis. Do you have any idea which one will be our USCIS local office?

Thank you,

Marina

Don't worry about being out of status. You are fine. It may be 2-3 weeks before you get the I-797C but it will be dated from when they received it, you have nothing to worry about.
