Is there a deadline from the time of the approvals of the I-130 / I-129F? Is the deadline something like 18 months? If I file my wife's Adjustment of Status before the deadline (supposedly Aug. 8th), but do NOT include the I-864 (because I have no sponsor lined up right now), they will likely kick it back for want of including the I-864. My question is this: If they do ask for the I-864 and I then provide them with it after the deadline, will I still be "under the wire" in submitting the filing before the deadline---or will I end up losing my 400-something dollars that I paid to file the adjustment of status forms [because it would have then been given after the deadline]?

I don't know what deadline you are asking about. There were some questions left unanswered in your last thread on the topic: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...c=19826&hl=

Is your current inicome sufficient or not? Never mind the debt issues you mentioned before, what about current income + assets?

Also, clarify the deadline. As far as any of us know, your wife has two years from the date of her first K-3 entry to either -start adjustment of status applications or -start Immigrant Visa processing.

Her re-entry permission will be gone (on the K-3) 2 years from her initial entry. She can travel on Advance Parole after that if she has filed for AOS.
