Ok i filed my I751 for me and my 9 year old son. Paid biometric fees for the both of us. I got a letter for me stating that the paperwork was received and one for him. Now I got an appointment letter for my biometrics. But not yet for my son. Does he not have to take it again. or can it come in later. I tried calling. Only got some stupid computer telling me my status and that customer service wouldn't be able to tell me more. Where am I suposed to find out then if he needs to go too. I don't feel like flying Honolulu twice. it is not cheap and we don't have really an option of driving to the office. kind of a long swim ;-)

You should receive your son's biometrics letter soon in a separate way. You can also call the 1-800 and select the option "no case number, forgot case number or something like that" with that option you should be able to talk with a live operator that will check the status of the biometrics letter for your son.

Good luck.

Many service centers allow walk-ins. Perhaps someone else may know if this one does too. Otherwise ... you could call and ask ... there must be a way to bypass the computer.
