my fiance' filed K1 for me on march2008...and our case falls under AWA..he's done with the biometric last april 8, 2009..and just the other day he received a notice telling him our case is still on a background check and that he will be informed after 6 months (AGAIN) whether the petition he filed will be approved, denied, or subjected to NOID etc...what is the chance of our case to be approved or subjected to NOID? we're hoping it wont be denied after the waiting.. :crying:

i have posted our story before and i am on vacation so i wasn't able to religiously kept on track on the cases filed related to AWA ...any help or opinion would be appreciated. thank you.
